Biographical

I began my mediation practice in 2007. I have mediated approximately 1,800 cases since then. I typically do twelve to sixteen mediations per month. I have successfully mediated tort cases, employment cases, insurance cases,  business cases, commercial cases, and construction cases. 99% of cases I have mediated have settled either on the day of mediation or shortly thereafter with my continued involvement with counsel.

Rates Information

Hourly rate:  $400.00 divided equally between the parties

Billed after mediation is completed
