Biographical
My practice focuses on arbitration and mediation. Previously, I served as a Senior Administrative Hearing Officer for the State of Ohio and as a mediator for the Ohio Tenth District Court of Appeals. For approximately three years, I represented employers in various aspects of labor and employment law. Additionally, I worked as a tax accountant for Price Waterhouse. I have mediated cases for the EEOC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Since 2002, I have been a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and have issued over 600 labor arbitration awards.

Rates Information
I charge $350 per hour with a two hour minimum for virtual sessions, and a four hour minimum for in-person sessions. The minimum is due seven days in advance of the sessions. Once a session is scheduled, I charge the minimum fee if the session is cancelled fewer than 14 days before the session.
For in-person hearings, I charge reasonable travel expenses from Columbus, Ohio, or Port Charlotte, Florida, whichever is closer. I also charge for travel time at a rate of $200.00 per hour. Travel expenses include airfare, car rental, lodging, meals, etc. If I drive to a hearing, I charge mileage at the IRS rate.
