Biographical
David Wade Peck has represented the interests of multi-national corporations, construction firms, architects/engineers, entrepeneurs, injured persons, landowners,.product manufacturers, insurance companies, and businesses for over 40 years. As lead litigation counsel, David built a 20 partner law firm, Barron Peck Bennie and Schlemmer..
After taking 5 years to clear out the litigation calendar, David's practice has been mediation, arbitration, and special master, including private pre-trial consutling. David represented the interests of both plaintiffs and defendents in his practice, and his ADR matters now include consruction, landslides, insurance, injured and deceased persons, business owners, religious institutions, cities and counties, police itervention, employment claims, developers,.water rights, eminent domain, and facillitation.
Peers and judges have recognized David as one Ohio's premier mediators and arbitrators. He has been a Super Lawyer and Best Lawyers of America since 2007, including Best Lawyer of the Year SW Ohio.
